Orders are processed on the drawings supplied by our customer and/or jointly defined criteria, in addition to professional communication regarding the project specs upfront. Apart from the design, we also process the preparation of the various production phases via our technical department. This includes any necessary adjustments to optimize the production processes, as necessary. In order to improve the various operational phases, we always approach the preparation phase pro-actively, in a purpose-driven manner. Our goal is to execute our customers’ projects to the best of our ability, in accordance with our mechanical, structural and human resources. Close collaboration with customers on an “on-call” basis ensures cost optimization and project completion on schedule.

When it comes to laser cutting, EMZ uses state-of-the-art machinery and keeps up with constantly-evolving technologies. Ultimately, this guarantees precise solutions, even for production parts with complex contours, as supplied per customer data and drawings/plans.

Laser cutting of metal profiles, wall thickness up to 12mm, max. Profile length: 8000mm, diameter of round tube: 20-235mm, Side length of square tube: 20-170mm, tapping: M3-M12, weld seam detection. In addition to all standard profiles (round, square and other tube shapes), we can also process all open profiles three-dimensionally. The 3D laser cutting head, combined with a thread cutting head, makes it possible to produce components in one set-up.

We bend and edge sheets as individual parts and in small series, often as decisive components of larger machines or assemblies. Prerequisites include individual skill, technical accuracy, the use of appropriate equipment and experience. These are four cornerstones that EMZ has applied for the last ten years in order to create a tailor-made service that meets the highest technical requirements. EMZ is now a sought-after supplier for mechanical and plant engineering. We support our customers with creative ideas, cost-conscious planning, and individualized service. We have proven expertise in many different manufacturing sectors and always keep the cost-effectiveness of the final product in mind. We use our wide-ranging creative skills across all departments to ensure our customers’ projects are successful. We build confidence by collaborating in a goal-oriented way, which includes an appropriate price structure and adherence to schedules. In the last two years, in addition to other customer projects, we have successfully completed some major projects (planning, project planning, production, assembly) for the BV Sawmill I in Vielsam, for IBH Sawmill in Harperscheid (Germany) and for Eifelholz AG (Erdenwerk).

For the expansion of the power plant, as well as pellet production, we supplied the receiving station for timber waste and wood chips (walking floor, dosing roller etc.). We also supplied the trough chain conveyors, which were produced in a simple, heavy-duty design (overhead and undercarriage), conveyor belts (recessed/flat, open/closed, mechanical/gravimetric tension, integrated belt scale), roller and disc separator, transport and dosing screws (with stuffing box, labyrinth seal, center bearing/with overhang), elevators, ripening and storage bins, flat-slide valves, each with corresponding steel structures, among other equipment.

For the construction of a mixing plant, we supplied EIFELHOLZ AG (among others) with feeding bunkers, dosing belts, a star screen, dosing equipment, mixers, as well as complete steel construction equipment.

For the IBH Harperscheid Sawmill, we supplied, among other things, the feed cross-conveyor, the step pusher (separation/dosing), vibrators, the vibrating screen, and roller conveyors.

We designed and manufactured their in-house fiber production line from A to Z.
